Flight Centre

While working at Flight Centre as the lead UX/UI designer for the Mobile App, Talia worked on a number of projects from inception including the design and user experience of the Trips feature (read the UX Trips Case Study), which provides over 80,000 customers with access to their itineraries in the app. She also created the user experience around in-app marketing campaigns, which included producing collateral such as animations, designs and interstitials for upselling products and advertising promotions. Talia designed and animated the user onboarding experience, allowing users to seamlessly allow push notifications and set their home airport when using the app for the first time. Talia was also responsible for designing marketing material such as app store collateral and the Flight Centre app landing web page. During her time at Flight Centre, she helped lead and frequently contributed to the evolving Flight Centre Design System, Atlas.
