I am a Brisbane based freelance designer and web developer specialising in user experience, branding, responsive website design and development. I currently work in-house as a UX/UI Designer at Flight Centre Travel Group. I am the lead app designer responsible for the design and creation of useful, useable and engaging user experiences for the Mobile App. With qualifications in design and IT (QUT) plus a background working in Brisbane design agencies and universities (UQ, QUT); I know my way around print, web, mobile and everything in between.
I believe in communicating effectively using design as the medium for telling the story and love to keep challenging myself. My background in IT adds a multidisciplinary approach to my design projects giving me an understanding and awareness of the technical feasibilities. With this advantage, it helps seamlessly translate my designs into the digital realm, stepping through each phase from ideation to creation. When I’m not hard at work creating something, you’ll find me on outdoor adventures, travelling the world or keeping close to home and playing fetch with my dog, Toshi.
